TRIWIN|Custom E-commerce Website Design

TRIWIN is a custom e-commerce website design project built around water purifiers, filter cartridges, home water systems, commercial water treatment products, and related solutions. The website includes multiple product categories such as EVERPURE, compact home water purification systems, under-sink hot water dispensers, drinking fountains, filter cartridges, whole-house filtration systems, commercial water systems, and industrial water treatment products. With such a broad product range, the focus of the website design was not only visual presentation, but also helping users understand product categories, find suitable solutions, and submit their needs through an inquiry cart flow. The website also includes an inquiry cart function, allowing users to collect products of interest before contacting the brand. For this project, we planned the website as a custom e-commerce website with product browsing logic similar to an online shopping experience, while preserving the consultation-based nature of the water purification industry. Instead of focusing on direct online payment, the website guides users through product series, product pages, support content, catalog and manual downloads, and an inquiry-based shopping flow. This helps TRIWIN present its product system more clearly, reduce the decision-making barrier for users, and build a more complete online product inquiry and guided shopping experience.

Organizing Water Purifier Products with a Custom E-commerce Website

TRIWIN is a custom e-commerce website design project built around water purifiers, filter cartridges, home water systems, commercial water treatment products, and related solutions. Because the product range includes home water purification, commercial drinking water equipment, filter consumables, whole-house filtration systems, and industrial water treatment products, the focus of the website design was not only visual presentation, but also helping users understand product categories, browse suitable items, and submit their needs through an inquiry cart flow.

For this project, we planned the website as a custom e-commerce website with product browsing logic similar to an online shopping experience, while preserving the consultation-based nature of the water purification industry. Users can add products of interest to the inquiry cart first, then submit their needs for the brand to follow up, creating a more suitable guided shopping and inquiry experience for water purification products.

Making Water Purification Products Easier to Understand and Compare

A common challenge for water purification websites is that product types are broad and specifications can be complex, making it difficult for users to quickly decide which product fits their needs. For this reason, we organized product series, product categories, and information hierarchy so users with different needs can more clearly find home, commercial, or specialized water purification solutions.

Good shopping website design is not limited to online payment. It also includes product browsing, product comparison, need organization, and inquiry conversion. Through clear product page information, category navigation, and inquiry cart functionality, the website reduces the learning barrier for users and makes pre-sales communication more efficient for the brand.

Using an Inquiry Cart for Equipment-based Product Purchasing

The TRIWIN website does not use direct online payment as its main purchase model. Instead, it adopts an inquiry cart flow, allowing users to collect products of interest and submit their needs to the brand. This process is especially suitable for water purification equipment, commercial systems, and products that require specification confirmation before purchase.

In the UI/UX design, we kept the inquiry cart experience close to the familiar behavior of an online shopping cart, but changed the conversion logic from “pay now” to “submit inquiry.” This gives the website the browsing efficiency of an e-commerce website while matching the consultation and customized service model required by the water purification industry.

Building a Complete Guided Shopping Experience from Product Browsing to Inquiry

This website design integrates brand introduction, product categories, product page information, support content, and inquiry cart functionality into one website structure. Users can start from the brand and product series, enter product pages to understand specifications and usage scenarios, then collect their needs and submit an inquiry through a complete online guided shopping flow.
